Bikes in Buildings Program

The Bikes in Buildings program gives tenants of commercial office buildings in existence before 11/18/2009 with at least one freight elevator the right to request that the building owner allow the tenant's employees to bring bicycles into their office space.

Tenants will be responsible for providing a space or spaces in their offices to store bicycles. The bicycle storage space must comply with building and fire codes and any other applicable laws, rules or code, and must not impede ingress or egress to the building.

Please note: This program does not apply to residential buildings or any buildings where offices are not the primary occupancy.
