    • Infection Control Course: $26.00.
    • Please note that an Online Convenience Fee of 2% is added to all online payments.

    At this time the NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) is offering in-person licensing services by appointment only at both their Manhattan and Queens locations.   Walk-ins are not permitted.
